Meet Sally
I know what high stakes means in the real world: from travelling the world solo in 1998 (don’t mention the orangutan) to being the wingwoman every C-suite needs.
Early in my career, I ran a successful London headhunting firm. Fifteen years ago, I shifted focus to fully address the recurring problems senior leaders and teams face; overwhelm, unclear roles, and misaligned ambitions.
I created The REAL Method to challenge the assumption that high performers truly understand their roles, leadership qualities, and ambition. It’s designed to help those at the top to truly master their how of high performance.
As a High-Stakes Leadership Mentor, I’m not your typical coach. I use my straight-talking Yorkshire roots to cut through the noise and focus on what really matters. My clients appreciate this refreshingly direct approach in a world full of jargon.
